VALARA TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Valara website and any purchases made through our online store.
Throughout these Terms, “Valara”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Valara.
By accessing our website, creating an account or purchasing from Valara, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. ONLINE STORE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, scrape or reproduce website content without permission, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Valara or another person.
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
3. PRODUCTS
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography.
Product availability is subject to change. We may limit quantities available for purchase where reasonably necessary, including to protect stock availability or prevent suspected resale or misuse.
4. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Valara.
An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised commercial resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for checking their order details, including products, sizes and delivery address, before completing checkout.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Valara website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed as required before you complete your purchase.
We may change product prices from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions and expiry dates.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Valara currently ships within Australia.
Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT
Change-of-mind returns are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit within the stated return period. We do not provide cash refunds for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise non-compliant goods under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable law where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Valara name, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product designs, website content, text and other materials made available through our website are owned by or licensed to Valara and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, delivery, analytics and ecommerce services.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Valara is not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent required by law.
Our online store is hosted using Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.

Personal information collected through the Valara website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Payment and other information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers used to operate our online store.
