VALARA SHIPPING POLICY

Valara currently ships within Australia only.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping — $11 AUD
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping — $15 AUD
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders of $100 AUD or more.

Express shipping remains available for $15 AUD where applicable.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During launches, promotions and other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Valara's control, including carrier delays, weather events and peak delivery periods.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by the carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact Valara as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact Valara so we can assist with investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.
